1. Digital Delivery Only Sheetcam does not offer physical or tangible goods. All our products are software licenses delivered digitally. Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive an email with the necessary license key(s) and instructions for downloading and activating the software.

2. Delivery Time Digital licenses are typically delivered within 1-2 hours of payment confirmation. In rare cases, there may be a delay due to payment processing or technical issues. If you do not receive your license within 24 hours, please contact our support team for assistance.

3. No Physical Shipping As we provide digital products, there are no shipping fees, and no physical shipping is involved. All licenses are delivered electronically to the email address provided at the time of purchase.
